Due to the amount of bluntly retarded questions that have been posted by people not even taking the time to word their questions in an intelligent way on the forums, I thought I'd be helpful and post a link for them all to read and learn from.

This is aimed mainly at the retarded question posted in the HARDWARE section, about how somebody could change the version of their operating system, from French to Windows and didn't think it relevant to post the Operating System they were running.

God only knows what part of his problem he thought was relevant to the hardware hacking section of the forum.
