My pet peeve is the lack of support from this site. I was a former member when the domain was astlavista.net...GREAT site and service in those days.. Not sure what happen but it has not been for the good of the hacking community.
During my registering for premium service my computer hung and when I tried to use the coupons the site did not except them.
I have emailed info@astalavista.com daily with NO replies..
I would have gone out of business if I provide MY customers this type of service..or lack

Have you been clear in your emails with the subject? I would pay more attention to something like "Registration process failure" rather than "Problem" or "Hi, help".
Are you sure that's the appropriate way to contact the admin board? Have you tried accessing some "client area"? or perhaps a PM with a clear subject and straight to the point.
Remember that you are not the only person writing to that address, a clear subject gets attention rather than look like spam <br>

Hi Guys,

At the time of writting, I have gone through all the list of received emails till today with exception of one member which i'm still to email after this post. (Note the person i'm still to email is neither of the ones that posted above.)

We reply to all emails within 48 hours (or 72 hours if you catch us on a weekend) but most of them are replied within 24 hours.

@26347 If you did email info@astalavista.com that email should've come to me however I didn't get it. I'm not gonna argue that it was badly sent or that something went wrong along the email's path to me, instead i'll just ask you to email me again and I'll get it sorted. NOTE: Had I received the email, I would've replied to it quickly like in most cases.

@25972 ? What do you mean you're not premium? Is it just me that sees "Group: Premium Members" on your post in yellow letters? Again, if you too need support contact me and I'll get it sorted.

I assume you didn't try PMing an online Staff member? I know I've had no messages from you, if I had I'd have made sure your issues had been dealt with.

Yes the site has changed. Yes the site is different to the site it used to be. The site owners have decided that Astalavista should be more Security and nolonger anything underground.

The fact you've left a message on the forum and it's been responded to, would probably imply that forum staff do respoond.
