Hi,

I purchased premium membership to Astalavista in July. I paid my $9.99 and all was fine until I received an email on 14th August to say my premium membership had been cancelled because the invoice hadn't been paid? It's supposed to be automatic?

You then proceeded to bill me on 15th August, 15th September and 15th October but did NOT give me the premium access.

I PM'd Sykadul about this issue on 26/09/2011 asking him to cancel my membership and refund the 2 transactions, no reply.

I raised a paypal dispute about these transactions on 04/10/2011, no reply.

I have today escalated this dispute to a PayPal claim. I've kept this away from the public domain so as not to put off business, I understand how harmful posts like this can be but it seems I've exhausted every other option and attracting attention will be the only way to get you to do something about it.

I want my membership cancelled and the 3 payments of $9.99 I have paid for nothing refunded.

These transactions are now unauthorised and are borderline fraud.

Remember all these people are busy, and in the scheme of things, this is a small site.

So PM Phreak in addition and see if he can help escalate. ... C
