G'day guys. Yep, I'm an Aussie.
To get right to the point, I am here to learn. I have no desire to download and use "hacking programs" from here or anywhere else without having a reasonable idea of how they work. I actually joined as a premium member solely for the Articles and eBooks and only thought to join in the forums after I had joined.
I first came across astalavista quite a few years ago purely by accident, I think and forgot about it until very recently.
I have very limited experience with programming in C and an equally limited experience using Linux (Fedora).
I'd like to learn more C, Perl, Python and any other languages that i might be able to get my head around.
As far as hacking goes, someday I'd like to be able to be confident enough in my own abilities to participate in Wargames of some sort. Shall we play a game?.......NO!.......Not for quite a while.
Anyway, I'm sure there are lots of people on here with egos far exceeding their abilities. I have no interest in such people. I look forward to learning from those of you who have knowledge and maturity.
